About Us
In 1989, Tony Woodley (Owner) decided that he wanted to explore working in the USA– New York, specifically. As it often does, life took an unexpected turn with the arrival of his son. Tony decided to make his home in Orlando Florida. The biggest problem Tony encountered was that he could never seem to find a salon to truly call home. It seemed that every salon looked the same, but had little creativity. In December of 1998, he decided “if I cannot find it, I’ll create it.” With the discovery of a small building and months of hard labor (and the help of some GREAT friends), Tony opened SHINE. One chair, a sink & a mirror… He was in !
As you may know, a hairstyle makes more of an immediate impression than any other aspect of your appearance. At Shine, we are dedicated to giving you the highest quality service and attention so that you can rely on a final look that perfectly suits your lifestyle and taste. In addition to cuts, color and highlights, we also provide brow shaping, facial and all waxing services. If you're planning a wedding, we'd love to chat with you about your up-do and day-of styling. We offer bridal packages and can even provide exclusive use of the salon so you can prepare for you big day in comfort. Please call for details.
